The design of this holiday home was developed for selling purposes. The design represents the designer’s vision of building a new house on the site of an old barn in the older part of the settlement Selca on the island Brač. The stone that remains after the demolition is re-installed in the new façade. The garage wall is adjusted to the existing state in order to preserve the old palm tree in the courtyard.
