The holiday house is designed for an unknown investor / buyer. Given that both adjacent plots have already been built, also with holiday homes, the challenge was to design a facility that will provide the most intimacy to users and guests in such an existing environment. The screen wall, in addition to the function of protection from view, also has the function of support for the upper floor, which covers the outdoor areas. Behind the ground floor wall are also all the living areas and a large outdoor pool with sun deck.
