This project was developed for property sales purposes in cooperation with a real estate agency. They felt that in the sea of ​​modern buildings, currently developing along the Dalmatian coast, the market lacks classic type of houses with a traditional appearance for more conservative buyers. The design of the house is thus their response to the current market demands.
