The rehabilitation and revitalisation of the urban zone next to the Mall of Split is a major challenge. The residential-commercial building, designated as planning number M1-29, was developed in cooperation with designer Saša Bui with the vision of creating a new and different type of the Mejaši neighbourhood, a green Mejaši where young families could settle permanently.
