In 2011 we have started and continuously expanded our work through many challenging building legalizations, reconstructions, renovations and alterations and eventually established the independent architectural office Baldasar Arhitektura i Dizajn d.o.o. in 2015.

To date, we have successfully completed over 50 projects of family houses and holiday homes and over 70 interior design projects, whether residential premises or apartments for tourist rental. Our scope of work also included studies on designing public urban spaces as well as interior designs of public spaces such as restaurants, shops, pharmacies, medical practices, etc. In 2019, we began designing large residential and commercial buildings by using the BIM (Building Information Modelling) software to create three-dimensional digital models for a better understanding of all participants involved in the project, but also to optimize the work.

We strive for continuous improvement and education of our design team, so we can offer our clients a full range of services in the planning and designing process of structures, from the analysis of the site or the existing state to the complete realization of the project. We listen particularly attentive to the visions of our clients and successfully reconcile the given space and the client's wishes with our knowledge, experience and creativity. Our goal is to guide clients through the demanding process of building and renovating the property until their final enjoyment in the space of their dreams.
