The location of the existing house is on an extremely steep location in the settlement Mimice. The house is located between the state road and the sea. Construction began in the 1980s, and since then only the ground floor of the house had been completed. The project assignment was to modernize the ground floor by extending it with an additional floor and attic in such a way that it fits into the existing size of the ground floor.
